Chinese Flagship graduate translates for the governor of Ohio, Ted Strickland

On October 28th, the State of Ohio celebrated the 30th anniversary of the state’s cooperation with Hubei province. Matthew Garner served as an interpreter for Ohio Governor Ted Strickland in welcoming the foreign delegates. Garner interpreted the opening remarks and the governor's toast into Chinese.
