OSU Flagship Certification is awarded to students who:
- Complete three of the six content classes in Levels 6 & 7 (7660, 7617, 7655, 7615, 7650, 7670)
- The capstone year in China
- A graduation project in the domain of their non-language major
- Maintain a 3.4 GPA overall and a 3.4 GPA in Chinese language classes
- Test at ILR 3 speaking proficiency or above upon graduation.
